Ingredients:

1 3/4 oz Dry Sherry
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters

Instructions:

Pour the dry sherry into a mixing glass, add the vermouth, stir and strain into the glass. Add a dash of orange bitters. To garnish, add a twist of orange peel.
